Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the fries: Wash and cut the potatoes into evenly sized sticks. You can make them thicker for wedges or thinner for shoestring fries.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato sticks with oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the fries are well coated with the seasoning.
- Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Don’t overcrowd the pan, as this will prevent them from crisping properly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Or, you could deep-fry too!
- Once the fries are golden brown and cooked through, remove them from the oven. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle Saus Taus garlic mayo generously over the hot fries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
