Garlic Mayo Fries Frenzy

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the fries: Wash and cut the potatoes into evenly sized sticks. You can make them thicker for wedges or thinner for shoestring fries.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato sticks with oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the fries are well coated with the seasoning.
  4. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Don’t overcrowd the pan, as this will prevent them from crisping properly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Or, you could deep-fry too!
  6. Once the fries are golden brown and cooked through, remove them from the oven. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Drizzle Saus Taus garlic mayo generously over the hot fries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
